The full body scanners that President Obama last night authorized to be rolled out in airports across the country at a cost of over $1 billion dollars not only produce detailed pictures of your genitals, but once inverted some of those images also display your naked body in full living color.
This may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Consumer air travel might be dead in a few years.
This is such a complete invasion of privacy. At first when Adam was against the idea, I figured it wasn’t so humiliating… and I also thought this photo was fake so I put it in Photo shot to invert it myself. Woof.
Eww! And you know what kind of people work for TSA!

Actually, these are already installed in most airports, they’re just not used for everybody. I also read that the people doing the screening will be in an entirely different room from you & the images won’t be saved, plus your downstairs business is supposed to be blurred…..but despite all that, I can see this going horribly wrong in some way. It just takes one random perv to ruin the safety of anonymity for everybody. And personally….no way. I could not do it. I can already hardly bring myself to get measured for bras in Victoria’s Secret! No one but Superman is allowed to x-ray through my clothes.
I mean really, what seems more likely to you - your plane being hijacked, or this system going terribly wrong? It’s okay, I don’t mind traveling by boat for the rest of my life…
