Miami, Florida (CNN) — A former Florida high school student who was suspended by her principal after she set up a Facebook page to criticize her teacher is protected constitutionally under the First Amendment, a federal magistrate ruled.
Hear THAT, former shady landlord who threatened to sue me for slander ‘cause I called him shady here on Tumblr?? According to this, I was in the right, and you were seriously the worst landlord I’ve ever had. No one should rent from him unless you’re okay with running the risk of having unfair treatment, general creepiness, and blatant insults spewed your way. Ever heard of the Streisand Effect? I’d almost be okay with being sued if it meant everyone in the North Texas area could hear how I feel about this guy. I’ve already said it a couple times since I’m the worst grudge-holder ever, but I feel the need to say it again, and loudly this time: I LOATHE YOU, BLAYNE RUSH, AND I WILL SAY IT ALL I WANT! THE FIRST AMENDMENT IS FIRST FOR THIS EXACT REASON!
Whew…..I feel so much better now.
